How iDCP Started

Back in 2017, our founder KH Wong was deep in IT consulting—fixing daily chaos for retailers and distributors.


One question kept coming up:
“Bro, you IT guy… got better ERP and POS system to recommend or not?”


Same struggles everywhere: disconnected systems, inventory mess, mismatched sales and accounts, slow reports.

He realized businesses didn’t need more software. They needed someone who truly understood operations.


That belief sparked the birth of iDCP Systems in 2021.

Build From the Ground Up

The journey began with 3 dedicated software engineers.


No office- just laptops, ideas, and borrowed desks. From warehouses to backrooms, every department tested tools built from scratch.


For 18 months, they took no shortcuts. No rushing an unready system to market.


The Years That Tested Us


R&D costs climbed. But the team never wavered. They believed they weren’t just building software, they were solving real problems for businesses.


That belief kept them going, even if it meant eating the same mamak meal every day.

The Breakthrough

In 2022, DRUM Fashion became the first to go live with the system.


Momentum followed quickly- Nose, HYPE, High Cultured, XTEP, FOREST, Pierre Cardin, Renoma, Travel For All, Neubodi, Yukazan, and more came on board. New deployments doubled year over year.


RCB expanded across 7 countries, with implementations growing country by country.


What began as a quiet launch has steadily earned the trust of retailers and distributors across the region.


To support this growth, the team behind the system expanded from just 3 pioneers to 21 dedicated members.
